The team will <a href=\"http:\/\/dcsportsking.com\/2022\/01\/04\/washington-to-reveal-new-name-on-feb-2-wont-be-redwolves-or-wolves\/\">announce a new permanent name and logo<\/a> with uniforms on Feb. 2. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There has been a lot of speculation about what the new name will be. However, the team has been tight-lipped. Defensive tackle and one of the team&#8217;s captains Jonathan Allen knows the new name and believes <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Matthew_Paras\/status\/1480588565604179977\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">fans will love it<\/a>. He&#8217;s also excited about the new uniforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;You can see the time and the effort put into it,&#8221; Allen said per <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/PeteHaileyNBCS\/status\/1480588541365211149\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Pete Hailey of NBC Sports Washington<\/a>. &#8220;The jerseys are phenomenal. Everything works&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Washington has revealed bits and pieces about the uniforms. It&#8217;s hard to judge how great the finished product is. But some leaked details appear to be interesting. Some believe it&#8217;s the Washington Admirals. Others are holding out hope the new name is something not being mentioned. Unless there is a definitive leak, everyone but a select few are in the dark about the new name. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nonetheless, Washington wide receiver Terry McLaurin will be part of the <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/NickiJhabvala\/status\/1480588046798045185\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">name reveal<\/a>.
